Security & Privacy

Your business calls deserve serious infrastructure.

How VoiceDesk protects your accounts, configurations, and customer information.

Security and privacy practices

Security-first architecture

VoiceDesk uses administrative and technical access controls designed to limit dashboard access to authorized account users. Customer configurations and information are handled in the context of the relevant business account.

Access control

Access controls are designed to follow the permissions assigned to each account. Customers are responsible for managing authorized staff access and protecting their account credentials.

Infrastructure

VoiceDesk operates on managed cloud infrastructure. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are maintained as part of the platform's operation, with infrastructure configuration managed through the deployment process.

Data handling

Call and customer information is handled according to the platform's data-handling practices described in the Privacy Policy. VoiceDesk uses safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. Businesses control the configuration and information that drives their receptionist.

Call recording

Call-recording functionality is controlled separately and may not be enabled for all VoiceDesk customers or deployments. Recording is never assumed to be active by default.

Responsible AI

VoiceDesk AI handles the receptionist tasks configured for your business. Businesses remain responsible for configuring appropriate escalation and human workflows so that callers always have a path to the right person.
